As someone who has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years, helped countless individuals and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, with real estate legal issues, personally bought and sold multiple homes and investment properties, and navigated a career transition, I, and the agents I work with, understand what it takes to help our clients through a major life change - the purchase or sale of a home.

Rena Upshaw-Frazier, Founder
As the founder of the brokerage, after obtaining an engineering degree I started my career as a real estate attorney, helping individuals and businesses resolve real estate legal disputes for over a decade. My engineering background really gave me a good sense of the technical aspects of real estate, while my law degree and experience allowed me to help clients navigate the stickiest of real estate issues.
After earning partnership at a national law firm, I realized that I was more interested in helping individuals through the sometimes complicated real estate process in buying and selling their homes, and that my background as a real estate attorney was unique and brought a lot of value to the clients I helped.
After serving as a real estate agent for several years, it was time to branch off and form a brokerage that employed and mentored agents that embodied the time-tested core values that I have found provide the greatest value to our clients:
